Hi there, I'm Hazel. I have always had a real love for people and take great pleasure in creating genuine connections with those I meet.
With over 15 years of leadership experience across diverse industries, my journey began in hospitality, where I refined my skills in customer service, empathy, and communication. These skills have been invaluable in my later roles in the aviation and technology sectors.
With a rich background in culture enhancement, team training, team building, coaching, customer service excellence, and leadership, I am eager to get to know you, work together, and put these skills into action. Focusing on the fine details that matter, I am committed to helping you create environments where you and/or your teams not only succeed but absolutely thrive.

Hello, I’m Rachel. I really do enjoy seeing people excel in whatever they set out to do and I love to help them do this.
I’m an experienced people leader and coach with a background in customer service, customer experience leadership, quality assurance processes, framework design and leadership, training, mentorship and engineering leadership both in public and private sectors.
I hold a Bachelor of Business (BBus) degree, majoring in Organisational Technology Management from Massey University and am an ICAgile certified professional. I naturally fall into a people-centric leadership approach which I know can elevate growth of a business and its people so reach out if you’d like to amplify your growth and/or your business.
